Future Folklore

A technology collective engaging other intelligences

A still from Beam Out, by drewmadestuff for Future Folklore.

Non-human intelligence is abundant and should inform business and research ventures. The AI renaissance and UAP enigma are only part of a global, perennial human tradition of engaging other intelligences.

An age-old phenomenon

incubation & ADvising

Through our Off-world Incubator, Future Folklore works with founders, project leaders, and applied researchers to bring their ideas life and to market.

The domain of non-human intelligence is undergoing a renaissance with momentous implications calling for more leaders like you. It’s poised to spill out of legacy institutions, stigmatized research communities, and shadowy federal programs. Findings—and the discovery process itself—will prove to be a centuries-long innovation engine.

We dream of a humanity technologically capable of participating in a cosmos filled with other life. Some say we’re already in contact.

Our conviction

The name Future Folklore is inspired by the chapter on Jacques Vallée in Jeffrey Kripal’s book Authors of the Impossible: The Paranormal and the Sacred (“The Future Technology of Folklore: Jacques Vallee and the UFO Phenomenon”).
